For those golf enthusiasts amongst you, you would surely have heard of The Carlsberg West Coast Challenge, one of Ireland’s largest amateur golfing competitions.

The Carlsberg West Coast Challenge is unique, in that it is played over a full 72 holes, which incorporates four different golf courses, Bundoran, Donegal, Enniscrone and Strandhill, in the counties of Silgo and Donegal, over a four day period. Ensure that you can travel from course to course and book your Irish car rental as soon as possible.

Beware though, the competition is only open to the first 540 male amateur players who have a handicap limit of 22. To enter the competition a fee of €125 must be paid, but prizes can be won every day, for both individuals and teams.
