The Guth Gafa Films Festival is about to start, running from the 11th of June to the 14th of June 2009, this is a must for all you culture ‘junkies’ coming to our shores.

Guth Gafa is a bilingual film festival, the name means Captive Voice in Gaelic, and it aims to attract budding film-makers from around the world to the picturesque countryside of Donegal.

This year’s festival has entertainment for all, with 25 international and Irish documentaries, all of the highest quality. They also offer seminars, workshops and master classes for anyone interested in the art of documentary film making.
