Irish car hire companies in Co. Leitrim received an influx of tourists recently when Tourism Ireland announced that the Lough Rynn Castle Hotel, Mohill, is to be featured in an advertising aimed at promoting Ireland ’s adventurous side.

This recent advertisement is part of a new, international, advertising campaign, which carries the slogan 'Go Where Ireland Takes You,' and is being rolled out in tourist markets around the globe.

The campaign will include TV, publication and internet advertising, and is set to receive a global audience in the range of 200 million potential tourists.

New advertising publications will include 'infinity maps’- these will show various images and icons from ‘The Emerald Isle’, which offer potential tourists new and exciting reasons to holiday in Ireland .

The interactive ‘infinity maps’ were created using digitally-generated images, based on actual photographs; the technique is a first for the global tourism industry.
