The budget set aside by the government for 2010 is set to increase by 2% from that of 2009, with over €155 million being invested. The government aims to use the money in order to promote Ireland as a leading tourism destination for 2010. This latest news is sure to inject hope into the flailing tourist industry, promoting growth in various tourism industries, such as car rental in Ireland.
