Get your walking shoes on! The annual Sperrins Walking Festival is set to start on the 7th August. Lasting two days, the festival has walks for all ability levels, from family trundles, to strenuous hill walks.

An excellent addition to this year’s festival is the 2 Day Overnight Walking Adventure, a 40km walk, which includes an overnight camp in a spooky forest! No doubt this will be the highlight of the festival for all those thrill seekers taking part.

There will also be entertainment in between walks, to allow walkers to unwind after a long days hiking through the hills of Co. Tyrone.

Obviously, you want to be able to drive away at the end of the festival, so make sure that you book Irish car hire, you’ll need to keep off your feet for a while, so why not do it in style and comfort.
