Leading travel agent, Thomas Cook, has announced the launch of a new customer review and rating service on its website.

Customers will be able to review and rate their holidays, allowing customers to voice their true opinions by posting their anecdotes on the site, which will then allow potential tourists to view honest accounts of the different places and services offered by Thomas Cook.

In terms of the Irish tourism industry, reviews will cover such things as the quality of hotels, the best attractions to visit, the best companies for car hire in Ireland, the best restaurants…and anything else that may take the writers fancy.

Thomas Cook is hoping that their site will become recognised for the fairness and accuracy of its holiday reviews.
