I just posted by truthful review about 353 car rental on trip Advisor.  I hope it brings you more customers.  The way you treated me, you deserve this review and feel free to use it anyway you wish.

My research on Dublin Car rentals left me concerned.  When I reserved from 353 car rental for 5 days at $294 CA, which was a lot lower than the average quoted by 4 other firms of $445 CA. I was worried about the car I would get ...... I specified an Audi A4 6 speed and when I arrived you provided me with a beautiful black 2009 6 sp Audi A4 diesel with only 6000 kms on it.  Was I ever thrilled. Plus I signed in and out in short order and was on my way. Great service, great prices.  I hope others read this review and check you out.  The 50% price difference was unbelievable and the car condition was great.

I just want to send a note of thanks for an excellent service by your staff at Knock Airport.  The ladies were friendly, efficient and sympathetic!! I inadvertently missed our flight from Knock to Manchester by being a day late and that included the car hire.  I was charged for the day (understandably), but the ladies were so helpful and understanding, especially when you feel like an idiot.  I have already passed your name around to my friends and family as a recommendation.

The cars have also been clean and problem free.

I have recently returned from visiting your lovely country and had the pleasure of hiring one of your cars. 

When I returned the car to Dublin Airport, I had a senior citizen moment and left my sat nav in the glove compartment.  Arriving back in the UK I phoned your Airport office and spoke to a lovely lady who immediately made enquiries and located the sat nav.  The abandoned sat nav arrived safely back at my home today via the post office network.

It was very easy to retain the car from Knock for an additional day when our flight was cancelled and instead we had to take the car on to Dublin the next day to catch an alternative flight.  Your lady at the desk and the man in the car rentals area were very helpful. It was easy to switch.

This was the first time that we had used 353 car rental and the service that we had was first class.  The car supplied to us was very clean and was a very comfortable ride.  The return of the car was very easy and quick.  We would definitely use 353 again when we return to Ireland.

I am very happy with the service that I have experienced at your Donnybrook
office.

On both occasions, your employees have been very courteous, helpful and
efficient.  The cars were spotless and the pick up and drop off process was
extremely efficient with no time wasted.

As regards the vehicles themselves, I preferred the Quasqui for overall fuel
efficiency and road handling.   It was also easier to manage with my two
children as it was more spacious than the Meriva.

On April 5th 2007 after returning our rental car to catch our flight home, my husband realizes while at our gate that he was missing his iPod. After frantically searching through our carry on luggage to no avail, we called your office from a pay phone in the terminal. Not only did he find it, but he managed to get it to our gate within the remaining 20 minutes we had before boarding. Thanks to his efforts we not only recovered a valuable item, but the flight back to the states was much more entertaining-  that would have been a long flight without it. Recently we had the pleasure of visiting Ireland. First stop was carhire.ie at Dublin airport where the friendly crew helped us find the right size van and infant seat. It was a great way to start our driving tour of Ireland and Northern Ireland. These men and woman are great! Our first reservation for a mini van turned out to be way too small for all our luggage and they most quickly found a larger bus that worked fine. They had maps and kind words of encouragement. This was the first time I ever found renting the car a highlight of any trip but they set the tone for the rest of our visit to the Emerald Isle. Thanks very much.

My stepfather picked up a car 2 days ago and he is more than delighted. He says that he rented over 100 times but no one was as friendly and as fast as your staff at Dublin Airport!
