Dublin Airport Facilities

Dublin Airport was a comprehensive facility long before the recent renovations took place. Since the rolling out of Terminal 2 in 2010, the scene has only improved. Facilities are modern, and a range of efficiency-boosting protocol is in place to make sure that your experience is rewarding and hassle-free.

In most airports, if you need assistance or clarification, you have to find the airport information desk. But the situation is much more convenient at Dublin Airport. Customer service assistants (CRAs) rove both terminals and are easy to recognise with their pink golf shirts. If you have a question or need some help, flag one of these officials down. This is precisely why they are in the airport, and they are happy to help.

There are plenty of conveniences in play at Dublin Airport. Last minute letters and packages can be posted at an automated service centre. The touch-screen interface and credit-card enabled payment method simplify the process. Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) broadcasts throughout the terminal as well. Connecting is easy, but if you need help getting your notebook or mobile device online, just ask one of the CRAs. You can also make use of stationary Internet kiosks located in multiple locations across both terminals. These can be used for surfing the Web, checking e-mail or printing off confirmation slips and itineraries.

Beyond this, Terminals 1 and 2 are equipped with luggage trolleys, banking facilities, several ATMs, medical facilities, a prayer hall and lost luggage facilities. Families with children will find baby changing stations in the restrooms and children’s play areas in the Mezzanine Food Hall or by Gate 112.
